For live-event issues, include the event title, event link, device/browser, approximate time, and what you were trying to do.

Live event help

  • Send the broadcast or watch link if you have it.
  • Tell us whether the issue is camera, audio, OBS, playback, payment, or access.
  • Include your device, browser, and internet connection if relevant.

Billing and extensions

  • Include the event title and checkout email.
  • For more time, use the Buy +1 hour link from the broadcast page or ending-soon email.
  • Refunds are reviewed case by case under the Terms.

OBS setup

  • Open the broadcast link and choose OBS Token.
  • Copy the WHIP server URL and bearer token exactly.
  • Never share the broadcast link or OBS bearer token publicly.

Report a stream

  • Viewers can use the Report button on the watch page.
  • Reports include event metadata and are sent to Castlink moderation.
  • For urgent safety issues, also email support@castlink.stream.
