Live event help
- Send the broadcast or watch link if you have it.
- Tell us whether the issue is camera, audio, OBS, playback, payment, or access.
- Include your device, browser, and internet connection if relevant.
Billing and extensions
- Include the event title and checkout email.
- For more time, use the Buy +1 hour link from the broadcast page or ending-soon email.
- Refunds are reviewed case by case under the Terms.
OBS setup
- Open the broadcast link and choose OBS Token.
- Copy the WHIP server URL and bearer token exactly.
- Never share the broadcast link or OBS bearer token publicly.
Report a stream
- Viewers can use the Report button on the watch page.
- Reports include event metadata and are sent to Castlink moderation.
- For urgent safety issues, also email support@castlink.stream.
